OSHA fines Smithfield packaged meats for failing to protect its workers from Covid-19

The Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration is issuing a fine to Smithfield packaged meats after the plant failed to protect its employees from coronavirus. This comes after four employees died and over one thousand contracted the virus earlier this year. Eugene Scalia, U.S. secretary of labor, joins ‘Closing Bell’ to discuss.
