This full-time position is based at our Waltham, MA headquarters but we will consider candidates working remotely in Washington DC, New York City, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. Who you are:

• You are eager to advance social justice and understand how to use digital advertising and data to help build a more just world.
• You have 2–3 years’ experience setting up and managing Facebook advertising and/or Google advertising campaigns, ideally for progressive political campaigns, non-profit organizations, or other mission-driven entities that serve the public good.
• You have a deep understanding of Facebook Ad Manager, A/B testing, custom audiences, lead generation, the conversion funnel, and data management.
• You understand how to interpret real-time performance insights, determine winning strategies, and optimize media campaigns by using data, metrics, and creative thinking.
• You possess the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring all client needs and deadlines are met
• You are creative, organized, responsible, collaborative, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
