Who you are:

• Big picture communication and campaign strategist with experience conceiving and executing winning campaigns for labor unions or advocacy campaigns
• An ace writer and content creator. A pro at developing the strategy and creative for client campaigns, including content calendars, mailers, landing pages, social memes/graphics
• A proven leader and manager with experience developing talent and leading teams of writers and designers to hit deadlines, produce exceptional work, and have fun doing it
• A highly organized client relations and project management pro
• A creative, collaborative multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, campaign-like environments
• Skilled in digital organizing and communications with familiarity in online advertising, mobile strategy, and web design.
• Posses knowledge of digital platforms and analytics to further client and campaign success.

Your experience:

• You have at least 10 years of strategic communications experience in labor, advocacy, organizing, politics, or media, and you’re eager to make a difference for the public good. Agency experience a plus.
• Experience managing and supervising multiple teams or division of an agency
• You have a proven ability to bottom-line a range of A+ deliverables and client service, ranging from print and web to earned media to social media, and more.
• Experience conceiving high-level advertising plans and concepts and seeing them through from start to finish
• You have experience generating new business clients and new business leads, and are able to capitalize on new business opportunities, and close deals to bring new clients into the company

What you’ll be doing:

The Senior Executive Vice President position will lead a Division within the Agency that is comprised of multiple Groups and an array of Teams. The SEVP will be part of the Agency’s Executive Council and will help to strengthen and influence the Agency’s vision.

The SEVP will participate in the Agency at the highest executive level and will work in conjunction with the President and the Managing Director to maximize the Agency’s ability to fulfill its mission to advance the public good at scale through the execution and provision of elite communication strategies and services to client-partners whose missions are rooted in social justice.
