Due to COVID-19 this position is currently remote, however, once our offices re-open it will be based in our Waltham, MA headquarters or our Philadelphia, PA office. What you will be doing:

• Supporting a wide range of social justice and workers’ rights initiatives with eye-catching materials
• Conceptualizing visuals based on client campaign needs
• Designing a variety of collateral, such as newsletters, brochures, posters, banners, flyers, social media graphics, print and web ads, magazines, t-shirts, and more.
• Developing polished WordPress websites and landing pages based on client briefs or agency requirements with user-friendly design and clear navigation.
• Producing reports on key campaigns including compendiums of visuals and ads.
• Being available during standard business hours and sometimes beyond business hours when deadlines or urgent projects necessitate.

Your experience:

• At least 3 years of professional graphic design and/or production experience; agency experience a plus, but not required.
• Experience with design software and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create concepts, designs, and layouts for large scale graphics and printed materials.
• Proficiency in social media, web design, and photoshop.
• Experience with web design and creating user-friendly WordPress websites.
• Demonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• History of overseeing graphic design projects strongly preferred.
• Effective at solving problems, whether taking charge independently or working with a team.
