UE seeks an experienced union representative to join our national staff in a Vermont-based, New England assignment. The position involves bargaining, local union leadership development, internal organizing, and grievance handling for both private and public sector bargaining units in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

The salary for this position is $54,239 per year. Irregular hours, weekend work and travel are an essential part of the job. Benefits include excellent health care and retirement benefits and a substantial car allowance (must have own car for travel).
