Strategic Campaign Coordinator

Based in Albany, NY

(travel required)

CSEA, one of New York State’s largest unions, is seeking résumés for a Strategic Campaign Coordinator working from our Albany, New York headquarters. The position reports directly to the Director of Organizing and is responsible for constructing strategy and research for selected organizing and contract campaigns and develops and coordinates field strategy and policy for advancing organizing initiatives in specific industries, companies and/or geographical locations. The position involves travel and overnight stays during campaigns.

Salary: $61,954 with excellent benefits.

The candidate must possess a valid NYS driver’s license and car for business use. Bachelor’s degree in a related field that includes research and analysis coursework and one year of experience with organizing research contract or community based campaigns or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
