Union Specialist Attorney needed in North Hollywood, California!

Must have strong knowledge in the following:

• OLMS
• Industrial Welfare commission Order No. 10-2001 Regulating wages, hours, and working conditions in the Amusement and Recreation Industry.
• Familiarity in Parliamentary Law, Robert Rules of order and a understand of basic union Constitution and Bylaws and contract agreements.

Must be knowledge in: NLRB, FLSA, OSHA, EEOC, ADA, LMRDA, FMLA, CLC, and ADEA.

Attorney must be willing to do and have paralegal experience in writing legal paper to union, companies and affiliates which may be necessary to represent individual client in legal disputes.

Pay is by hours or job duty and a retainer will be involved, as needed.
