The Tedesco Law Group in Portland, Oregon, is looking to hire an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience and a demonstrable commitment to the labor movement or similar experience advocating for workers.

TLG represents labor unions in all aspects of labor relations in both the public and private sectors. This includes representing unions in grievance and interest arbitration cases, unfair labor practice and representation cases before the NLRB and state agencies such as the Oregon Employment Relations Board, civil cases in federal and state courts when necessary, and appellate cases. TLG attorneys also assist or serve as the chief negotiator for unions in collective bargaining with employers and provide general advice to unions on a wide variety of topics.

It is important that candidates be self-starters and able to handle stressful situations. Because we have clients in multiple states, candidates must be willing to travel for work on occasion.

TLG has an annual billable hour requirement of 1560 hours (minimum). Salary DOE. Benefits include medical/dental insurance and retirement benefits.
