Pyle Rome Ehrenberg PC, a Union-Side Labor and Employment Law Firm with offices in Boston and Northampton, Massachusetts, and Burlington, Vermont, seeks a diverse applicant pool from which to hire one or more associates to join our growing New England-wide labor practice.

We represent a variety of public and private-sector unions throughout New England – including firefighters and police officers, telephone and utility workers, health care and human service employees, retail food and commercial workers, steelworkers and other manufacturing employees, craft workers, and bus drivers – in all phases of representation, including contract negotiation and enforcement, discipline proceedings, arbitration, unfair labor practices, and related court proceedings. We have advised cutting-edge unions that have waged successful strike actions and adopted other thoughtful approaches to organizing and conflict resolution.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ labor law experience, with a strong preference for those who have experience working with public safety/public-sector unions. We are seeking associates who are dedicated to serving the labor movement and who are interested in providing direct and creative legal representation. Massachusetts bar license preferred, though other New England licensees also considered.
