We are offering an exciting opportunity to practice your organizing skills in the health care field by working with registered nurses in Washington state.

WSNA is seeking a thoughtful, creative, and motivated individual to join our team to advance our efforts to promote and protect the nursing profession through recruitment of new members and engagement of current members.

  • Are you interested in helping nurses to better understand how to be advocates for their profession, their patients, and their practice?
  • Are you interested in being part of the solutions nurses desperately need to ensure their ability to practice safely?
  • Are you interested in using your knowledge, skills and experience to recruit, organize and inspire nurses throughout Washington State?

WSNA is now accepting applications for a full time (1.0 FTE) Organizer position. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and is based out of our Tukwila office. The primary geographical turf will include western Washington from boarder to boarder and possible occasional work and travel requirements in the eastern Washington region.

We are seeking an organizer to work with both union and non-union nurses. Union background is preferred. Flexible schedule and extensive travel is required.
