Float/Internal Staff Representative

STAFF REPRESENTATIVE
PASNAP is the fastest growing union of nurses and health professionals in the state of Pennsylvania. We are seeking an experienced Staff Representative to join our dynamic team as we mobilize to advance the rights of nurses and health professionals. This person will be assigned to work with our members in the City of Philadelphia.

Qualifications and Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with union members in established locals to build power by moving workers to action, and also by enforcing the union contract. Bargaining experience is preferred. A commitment to union democracy is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. There will be travel and irregular hours. PASNAP has an excellent benefit package with generous health insurance, retirement, and paid time off. Salary will be based on experience with starting rates between $65,000-$88,000.
