UE seeks an experienced union representative to join our national staff in a Chicago-based assignment. The position involves bargaining, local union leadership development, internal organizing, and grievance handling for private sector bargaining units in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. Private sector bargaining experience is required.

The salary for this position is dependent on experience. Irregular hours and weekend work are an essential part of the job.
