UE seeks an experienced staff representative to join our national staff in a Connecticut-based assignment. The position involves bargaining, local union leadership development, internal organizing, and grievance handling for public sector bargaining units in Connecticut and some private sector locations in Massachusetts. Public sector bargaining experience is required, experience in Connecticut public sector work is desirable.

The salary for this position is dependent upon the level of experience. Irregular hours and some weekend work are part of the job.
