Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervision of the General Counsel’s Office. (Headquarters, New York City and Buffalo)

Experience:

Candidates should have substantial knowledge of and at least ten years’ litigation experience in relevant practice areas, including public and private sector labor and employment law, education law, administrative law, and constitutional law.

Qualifications

• Admitted to State and federal courts in New York.
• Ability to supervise attorneys.
• Ability to handle and supervise complex litigation.
• Demonstrated commitment to the Labor movement and prior experience representing unions and workers is preferred.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Knowledge of the American Labor movement and its objectives is preferred.
• Travel to New York City and Buffalo required.
