Flexible scheduling with up to 28 hours a week available. This part-time position offers $20.00/hr compensation. Union membership and dues required.
TCU/IAM union youth training program in Los Angeles is seeking applicants for Part-time Instructor employment. TCU/IAM partners with the Los Angeles Job Corps Program to train and place young adults in transportation industry careers. Job duties will include:
Classroom substitute teaching (Transportation Classes: Rail Car Repairer, Freight Mechanical, Airlines, Mass Transit)
Assist students in job search area (resume building, interviewing skills)
Looking for candidates who:
Are open to working with young adults ages 18-24
Have experience in the transportation industry (railroad, airlines, or other mass transit area)
Are knowledgeable in any hard skill
