The Colorado Education Association (CEA), a statewide public education employee association, (a non-profit 501(c)(5), seeks qualified applicants for the position of Membership Reporting and Analytics Specialist in its headquarters office in Denver, Colorado. The selected individual will work in the Business Affairs and Human Resources Center.

Essential Qualifications for the Assignment:

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to gather and organize information, develop report formats, etc.
  • Proficiency in various computer technologies in a Windows-based PC environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Effective records maintenance skills
  • Ability to expand knowledge and skills in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to complete multiple projects with shifting priorities and to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Ability to provide support to professional staff and/or manager as required by the assignment
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Experience with COGNOS, active directory, and Microsoft Access desirable

Desired Qualifications for the Assignment:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with databases, data manipulation, analytics and reporting in a business, non-profit, or education environment
  • Formal education or equivalent experience with information technology and business applications
  • Ability to provide support in the use of Enterprise software applications for internal reporting and analysis of data
  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $33,066 – $59,849 depending upon experience and qualifications. A full benefit package is provided with excellent leave and holiday provisions, health, dental and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, and a 16.5% of salary employer contribution to a 401(k).
