Field Director

Based in Conshohocken, PA

PASNAP is the fastest growing union of nurses and health professionals in the state of Pennsylvania.

We are looking for a Field Director to join our dynamic team. This person will work out of our Conshohocken office in suburban Philadelphia. The Field Director will report directly to the Executive Director of PASNAP. This is a management level position.

The Field Director leads an internal organizing/representation team, and provides oversight, direction and leadership in contract negotiations, internal organizing, and grievance work.  The Field Director is charged with supervising the field staff.

Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 7 years’ experience in negotiating contracts and representing workers required. A commitment to union democracy and supporting a member-driven union is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Experience supervising staff is preferred. There will be travel and irregular hours.
