Title: Labor Relations Representative 
Reports to: President and Regional Director

Staff Category:  Full-time, professional field position

Qualifications:  Labor Relations Representative – Three or more years of related experience as a union representative or experience in labor relations.  Public sector experience a plus.  Experienced in handling grievances and working with bargaining units. Negotiating background helpful, but not required.

Compensation:  Competitive salary depending on experience plus auto allowance.  Comprehensive benefit package.

Position Summary:  Provide service to membership. Involved in communications, negotiations, handling grievances and organizing activities.  Represent local bargaining unit membership in all employment related issues.
