PASNAP is the fastest growing union of nurses and health professionals in the state of Pennsylvania.

We are looking for a Strategic Researcher to join our dynamic team. This person will work out of our Conshohocken office in suburban Philadelphia.

The Strategic Researcher is charged with gathering information that can be utilized in contract fights and in new organizing campaigns. This includes conducting corporate, industry, and political research and analysis. The Strategic Researcher will also help design and implement a strategy based on this information, which includes utilizing paid media.

Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 1-year experience in corporate research is required. There is a strong preference for candidates who have hospital research experience, including researching hospital finances. A commitment to union democracy and supporting a member-driven union is required. Formal education in how to conduct corporate research is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

PASNAP has an excellent benefit package with generous health insurance, retirement, and paid time off. Salary will be based on experience and the wage scale in the staff union contract.
