Qualifications:
Labor Relations Representative – Three or more years of related experience as a union representative or experience in labor relations. Public sector experience a plus. Experienced in handling grievances, negotiating contracts, organizing and working with bargaining units.
Compensation:
Competitive salary depending on experience plus auto allowance. Comprehensive benefit package.
Position Summary:
Provide service to membership. Involved in communications, negotiations, handling grievances and organizing activities. Represent local bargaining units covering all activities related to membership employment issues.
