after searching around for some answers to the supreme court ruling nov. 8 last year on workers time spent putting on and taking off gear for work during your breaks. i found out that some plants have aleady been paid. i called the labor board and i was told that if we have a union a griev. would have to go thru first. so we filed a griev. filed and i have a meeting set up with corporate h.r in about 10 days. the ruling effects lots of workers and this is kept quiet i suggest people look into this they may have some back pay due.[/size:4829a917f2][/color:4829a917f2]
