during negotiations our quality control members went to management support. the contract says that incumbents in this class will be given the option of staying in the bargaining unit but will subject to the benefits and work rules of management support. are we able to file a grivence for them if they feel one is needed.

Interesting situation. Your union office should be able to confirm this as they should best be able to administer the agreement.

i was trying to get someone's view on this matter. our union office is saying we can advice them of other avenue's. i just don't see it that way.maybe im wrong but it seems like if they are still union member's they should have the same access to file a grivence etc...
